a variety of training solutions to enhance our customers'
workforce productivity. Our instructors pride themselves on
providing dynamic, innovative solutions to ensure your
team's success.
What if our primary courses don't fit your exact needs? Independent
Software instructors have the capability to develop custom courseware for a
variety of training delivery methods to suit each and every customer. A good mix
of learning styles are accomodated to ensure the success of each student or a
customer can request a specific single training method from the following:

How do we ensure student success? Each trainer is certified* and
considered a qualified expert in their respective fields. Most are multi-lingual
should the need arise to train your team in one of several different languages.
We ensure that each student is successful by conducting assessments, tests and
surveys, as well as measuring day-to-day performance in the classroom.
Once training is complete, Independent Software will continue to provide
performance phone support and help desk phone support to answer technical
questions for a period of 30 days at no additional cost to the customer.
